Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice, directing targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and creative tests, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and pixels. Strong English on client calls is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
