Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns; proven optimization skills.
• Agency experience across multiple clients and industries.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
• Track conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels; provide trustworthy attribution.
