Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: you steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative behind the numbers.

You will run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget calls, testing, conversions tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels, and craft the 90-day/quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
