Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients, handling targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budget allocation and testing, and develop 90-day roadmaps for each client while driving ROAS improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Advertising.
• Experience with multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing for campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and communicate the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
