You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, and shape 90-day roadmaps with a focus on retention and growth. This is a remote, international role with US client exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client walkthrough.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
