Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative during client discussions.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensure accurate tracking with GA4/Tag Manager, and drive 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
