Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will own targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage bidding and testing, track conversions with GA4 and tag manager, and craft quarterly narratives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
