Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmap, and narrative during client conversations, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

Responsibilities include managing paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimizing bids, testing creatives, and ensuring accurate attribution via GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for clients.
• Budget allocation, bidding strategy and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with narrative.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
