You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS improvements, build 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, and own conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client pipelines.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4 and tags.
• Create 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
