Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, and the narrative for client questions, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and drive 90-day roadmaps and quarterly narratives. English proficiency with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record with ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics you can share on request.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
