Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues empathetically.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
