3+ years in customer support or technical helpdesk, preferably remote.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce or similar CRMs.
Able to troubleshoot complex issues and provide concise solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to a global clientele.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and service-related problems efficiently.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Contribute to the knowledge base by creating FAQs and support articles.
Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure accurate support delivery.
