Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Support Agent to join a distributed team serving customers in and around Randburg. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who are self-disciplined and possess exceptional communication skills, delivering timely and accurate assistance from a home office.

You will respond via phone, email, and chat, provide information on products and accounts, troubleshoot issues, log interactions, and escalate when needed while contributing

Qualifications
