Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Success Manager to join a fully remote team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, drive product adoption, and maximize lifetime value from anywhere in South Africa.

You will monitor client health, address risks, coordinate with internal teams, and advocate for customers to inform product improvements. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and CRM skills are essential for success in this remote role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills for remote interactions.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals and ensure successful product adoption.
• Monitor client health, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Provide guidance and support to clients to help them maximize their value from our offerings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service improvements.
