Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to support a growing client base in the hospitality technology space. You will manage a portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance, proactive support, and driving product adoption from anywhere within South Africa.

You will foster long-term partnerships through effective communication, regular business reviews, and data-driven insights, while identifying upsell opportunities and reducing churn.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role in SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry and its operational challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure clients achieve their business objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive product adoption, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and minimize churn.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to advocate for client needs and resolve issues.
• Monitor client health metrics and address potential risks.
