• Proven experience in Customer Success or account management in SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and tech needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for remote work.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of hospitality clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the company's products.
• Proactively monitor client health, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate churn.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss goals, performance, and opportunities for expanded use.
• Educate clients on new features and best practices to ensure they are leveraging the platform effectively.
• Gather client feedback to inform product development and improve customer experience.
