Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer success or SaaS, with strong communication skills and experience with CRM platforms. The role offers full remote flexibility and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with Travel Technology or Hospitality & Tourism is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and CS platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain high satisfaction and retention.
• Onboard new clients with training on technology solutions.
• Identify client needs and provide best-practice solutions.
• Be the primary contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Monitor health metrics and pursue upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to drive improvements.
