Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with hospitality clients and maximize value from our technology platform. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients from onboarding through ongoing adoption, all in a fully remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS products and how to explain them to clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts remotely and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of hospitality clients and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand client goals and provide strategic recommendations.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests; ensure timely resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for client expansion and upsell to drive revenue growth.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product/engineering teams to drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver training materials and best practices to enhance client usage.
