Placements24 is seeking a driven Remote Customer Success Manager to nurture long-term client relationships across multiple geographies. This fully remote role focuses on driving adoption, retention, and growth by understanding client goals and translating them into value.

You will monitor health metrics, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with sales, product, and support to deliver a seamless customer experience from anywhere in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent remote communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Develop and execute success plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Monitor client health metrics and address potential issues or churn risks.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions remotely.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and usage patterns.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
