Placements24, a leading cloud solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Remote Account Manager to join our client-focused team. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, drive customer success, and identify opportunities to upsell cloud services from your remote location.

Based in South Africa and focused on clients in the Upington region, you will collaborate with support, technical, and sales teams, conduct regular business reviews, and aim to exceed retention and revenue targets

Qualifications

4+ years in account management or client relations in tech/cloud services.
Proven ability to upsell and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts with a focus on retention.
Serve as primary contact, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for cloud services.
Conduct regular business reviews to maximize client value.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with support, technical, and sales teams to ensure service delivery.
Monitor usage and performance metrics to inform recommendations.
Aim to exceed retention and revenue targets.
