Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager for the South Africa team to nurture a portfolio of clients, drive adoption of our cloud-based platform, and ensure continued value.

You will monitor health metrics, conduct quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with sales, product, and support to deliver a seamless customer experience from anywhere in South Africa, with a focus on retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand goals and align solutions.
• Drive product adoption and maximize platform utilization.
• Monitor health metrics and mitigate churn with proactive engagement.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and plan future strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless experience.
• Educate customers on new features and industry trends.
• Gather feedback and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Aim to achieve retention, expansion, and high customer satisfaction.
