Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Account Manager to join our technology solutions team. The role is remote, serving clients primarily in the Cape Town region, with a focus on managing existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with technical and support teams, and use CRM tools to track progress and drive upsell opportunities while delivering exceptional service and value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Account Manager or similar client-facing sales role.
• Strong knowledge of technology products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
• Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Develop strategic account plans to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track account progress, sales performance, and client feedback using CRM tools.
