Placements24 is seeking a Client Support Agent to join a remote-first support team based out of Centurion. You will be the key liaison, providing expert assistance and ensuring customer needs are met with precision and care.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple channels, including email, phone, and live chat. A high school diploma is required, with certifications in customer service considered an advantage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective support to clients via email, phone, and live chat.
