Placements24 is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will be the first line of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive service experience from your remote workspace.

You will leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service is a plus.
• 1+ year in a customer support or client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time remotely.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
