Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Services Specialist to join a fully remote team, serving clients in and around Soweto from a home office. You will manage client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolve issues, and maintain CRM records to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Client Services, account management, or a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary contact for inquiries and support.
Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests via email, chat, and phone.
Resolve client issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure client satisfaction with services.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account statuses in the CRM system.
