Qualifications

• Mandatory B2B sales experience.
• Native-level English required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Proven track record in a high-volume cold calling environment.
• Disciplined work ethic with energy for 150+ dials daily.
• Hunter mentality; resilient against rejection.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns, averaging 150 dials per day.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline by booking a minimum of 20 qualified calls per month.
• Overcome objections with confidence and reach decision-makers.
• Meticulously track all activity and lead status within the CRM for seamless hand-offs to the sales team.
• Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to be the credible first point of contact.
