Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Inside Sales Specialist to grow the Klerksdorp market from a fully remote setup. You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, demonstrate solutions virtually, and guide prospects through the sales funnel to a close, using phone, email, and social channels.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in B2B inside sales, a proven record of meeting targets, strong communication, and solid CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar B2B role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in remote or office settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong listening abilities.
• Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of time management in a remote setup.
• Must have reliable internet and a dedicated home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media in the Klerksdorp area.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess needs for suitability.
