Placements24 is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity across South Africa. The role focuses on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals for our software solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closure, leveraging digital tools and your sales acumen. You should have proven inside sales or telemarketing experience, be capable of meeting quotas, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in software/tech.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to conduct engaging online presentations and product demos.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma; a related tertiary qualification is advantageous.
