Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients across South Africa. You will be the primary contact, driving retention, satisfaction, and opportunities for service expansion while working in a fully remote setup.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of account management experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client relations in a B2B service environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of B2B client accounts as primary contact.
• Develop strategies to improve client retention, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress in CRM.
