About the Role Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Engineering to join their team. This role operates on a hybrid model, offering a blend of remote flexibility and essential in-office collaboration within Upington, Northern Cape, ZA. You will be instrumental in sourcing and placing qualified engineering professionals across various disciplines, including mechanical, civil, electrical, and chemical engineering. This position requires a keen understanding of engineering roles, technical requirements, and the specific demands of industries that rely on engineering expertise. You will build and nurture relationships with both engineering talent and client companies, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities
