You will manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding client needs and sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring successful placements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.


• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering candidates.


• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical qualifications and cultural fit.


• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with engineering clients and hiring managers.


• Understand client business requirements and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.


• Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate experience to ensure successful outcomes.


• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and salary benchmarks within the engineering sector.


• Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team.


• Achieve and exceed personal recruitment targets and contribute to team goals.


• Maintain accurate candidate and client data within the company's ATS.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a specialization in Engineering recruitment.


• Demonstrated success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering positions.


• Strong understanding of various engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical).


• Proficiency with recruitment tools, advanced sourcing techniques, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).


• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with both clients and candidates.


• A proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented approach.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.


• Experience or familiarity with the talent market in Soweto, Gauteng or surrounding areas is advantageous.


• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work.
