Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant focused on engineering to partner with leading engineering and manufacturing firms in Paarl and the Western Cape. You will manage the full lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement, using targeted sourcing and rigorous technical interviews to deliver top talent.

• Familiarity with the Western Cape engineering market is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related field preferred.

About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is actively seeking a Specialist Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the Engineering sector. This role is based in Paarl, Western Cape, and will involve sourcing and placing highly skilled engineering professionals across various disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civil, and chemical engineering. You will work closely with engineering firms and industrial clients to understand their talent requirements and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions. The position offers a Hybrid work model, allowing for a dynamic blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, enabling effective client engagement within the Paarl region and broader Western Cape.
