Job summary

peopleworth is seeking a Property Inspections and Maintenance Coordinator to support commercial properties in the Western Cape. The role covers inspections, maintenance coordination, and documentation, with travel between sites and interaction with tenants and service providers.

Based in Bellville, you will document findings, arrange viewings, obtain quotations, and ensure work is completed. A practical, organised individual with strong communication and record-keeping skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, facilities coordination or similar role.
• Experience conducting property inspections and producing clear inspection reports.
• Experience coordinating contractors, technicians or maintenance service providers.
• Ability to assess maintenance concerns and obtain quotations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify next steps.
• Professional communication with tenants, contractors and property reps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections at commercial properties, document findings and actions.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Present available spaces with accurate information during viewings.
• Receive and assess maintenance queries and determine next steps.
• Arrange access for contractors and service providers.
• Coordinate quotations and monitor maintenance work to completion.
