Job summary

peopleworth is seeking a Property Maintenance and Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day maintenance, leasing administration and operational coordination for commercial buildings. Based in Bellville, Western Cape, you will respond to queries, coordinate service providers, and ensure properties are safe and well managed.

Qualifications

• Experience in property administration or facilities coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple queries and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating contractors from quotation to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Attention to lease documents, maintenance logs and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests from report through completion, arranging access and monitoring progress.
• Request, compare and organise quotations from contractors as per scope.
• Maintain a reliable database of contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Keep clear records of maintenance, quotations, approvals and inspections.
• Coordinate landlord/tenant communications on repairs and updates.
• Arrange property viewings for prospective tenants and document findings.
• Support inspections and lease documentation using approved templates.
• Monitor open queries and follow up on actions.
• Assist with general property operations, including access, scheduling and onboarding.
