peopleworth is seeking a Property Maintenance Invigilator to support the condition, maintenance and day-to-day functionality of a portfolio of commercial properties. Based in Bellville, Western Cape, you will inspect properties, identify issues, and prioritise repairs across sites, coordinating contractors when needed.

The role requires practical maintenance experience, a valid driver’s licence, and the ability to travel between properties with clear communication and record-keeping.

• Hands-on maintenance experience across building components.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing and electrical concepts.
• Experience coordinating contractors and obtaining quotations.
• Ability to inspect and prioritise maintenance issues.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct regular inspections of commercial properties to identify maintenance requirements.
• Assess issues, determine action, and prioritise work by urgency and impact.
• Complete minor repairs on doors, walls, fixtures, gates, windows and other components.
• Address plumbing issues and identify when specialist help is required.
• Identify roof leaks and waterproofing concerns and arrange appropriate repairs.
• Refer work to licensed professionals when needed and monitor contractor progress.
• Plan daily activities across multiple properties and travel between sites.
• Maintain maintenance records with findings, photos, and quotations.
• Coordinate viewings and support property handovers as required.
