Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group in Cape Town is seeking a friendly, professional Retail Sales Associate to deliver world class service in our premium chocolate shop. You will greet customers, educate them on Lindt products, sample, upsell, and maintain a spotless store environment.

This role requires Grade 12, cash handling experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work with a team to meet daily sales targets while upholding the Lindt Credo and premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across all sections of the Chocolate Shop and over the phone
• Greeting customers, welcoming and hosting to provide a memorable experience
• Educating customers on Lindt products with in-depth knowledge and passion
• Upselling to increase transaction spend and achieve daily sales budgets
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and manage tills including end-of-shift procedures
