The role involves handling till operations, processing orders, restocking, and participating in daily store tasks to ensure exceptional service and brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Customer service driven with a focus on sales.
• Knowledge of premium brand service standards.
• Experience handling POS and credit card transactions.
• Grade 12 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across all sections of the Chocolate Shop and over the phone.
• Educate customers on Lindt products with passion and in-depth knowledge.
• Process orders through the POS and manage tills, including end of shift procedures.
• Restock and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Upsell to increase transaction value and inform customers of promotions.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and daily store administration.
