Job summary

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, handle POS transactions, maintain store standards, and support stock and cleanliness throughout the shift. This role requires strong communication and a presentable, brand-aligned image in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail sales.
• Ability to operate POS and process credit card transactions.
• Experience with premium brand products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all sections of the shop and over the phone.
• Welcome customers, educate on Lindt products, upsell and drive sales.
• Process orders through the POS and manage till operations.
• Maintain store standards, stock, cleanliness and hygiene throughout the day.
• Assist in stock counts, unpacking, restocking and handling promotions.
