Qualifications

Grade 12 education or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service across all store sections and over the phone.
Educate customers on Lindt products and sampling.
Upsell to increase transaction value.
Handle POS and credit card transactions; manage tills.
Stock, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
Assist in monthly stock counts.
Meet daily sales budgets and contribute to profitability.
Provide excellent grooming and professional appearance.
Greet customers and build rapport for repeat business.
Follow safety and hygiene standards.
