Job summary

Lindt Durban is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver world class customer experiences across the Lindt Chocolate Shop and over the phone. You will educate customers on product profiles, handle transactions, upsell to reach daily targets, and maintain immaculate store standards.

You'll be a self-starter who loves premium chocolate, works well in a team, and demonstrates outstanding communication and service skills. Training provided, with a focus on brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales in a retail environment.
• Ability to upsell and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a memorable Lindt experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt products with passion and knowledge.
• Upsell to increase basket size and meet daily sales budgets.
• Process POS transactions and manage tills accurately.
