Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver a memorable Lindt experience.
• Educate customers on product specifications, storage and ingredients.
• Actively sample and discuss taste profiles to drive sales.
• Upsell to increase transaction value while maintaining service quality.
• Inform customers of promotions, events and in-store information.
• Assist in product selection and bagging for premium presentation.
• Operate POS, handle cash/cards, and manage tills with accuracy.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and checklists.
• Restock and maintain cleanliness of the shop floor and displays.
• Process deliveries and contribute to stock counts and ordering.
• Handle daily paperwork and store administration tasks as assigned.
