Formación

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times across the shop and over the phone.
• Greet customers and create a memorable Lindt experience; upsell where appropriate.
• Educate customers on Lindt products with passion and knowledge.
• Process orders through the POS and complete card transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock, restock shelves and ensure store cleanliness throughout the day.
