Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous retail customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle credit card transactions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across store sections and by phone.
• Greet customers and provide a memorable Lindt experience.
• Educate customers about Lindt products, tastings, and ingredients.
• Upsell to meet daily sales targets and promotions.
• Handle POS transactions and end-of-shift cash procedures.
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness throughout the day.
