Lindt Cape Town is seeking a customer-focused Store Sales Associate to represent a world-class premium chocolate brand. You will deliver exceptional service, assist customers, upsell, and handle POS transactions while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key duties include greeting customers, educating them about Lindt products, restocking, and supporting daily operations with accuracy and integrity, ensuring a memorable Lindt experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail settings.
• Experience handling credit card transactions.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Grade 12 indicated as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across all sections and by phone.
• Greet customers and provide a memorable Lindt experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt products and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Process POS transactions and maintain accurate till operation.
• Restock, maintain cleanliness and support store operations throughout the day.
