Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across in-store and phone channels.
• Greet customers and provide a premium Lindt experience.
• Upsell products to achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Process orders and credit card transactions at the POS.
• Maintain store appearance, stock, and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and end-of-day procedures.
