FNB is seeking a Part-time Community Advisor for the Orange Farm area on a 12-month hourly rate contract. The role focuses on delivering prompt, professional customer service, understanding client needs, and processing requests efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer-facing roles within financial services, strong communication, and the ability to guide customers toward digital self-service solutions. This position supports sales as well as service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

• Serve customers promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are fully understood.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience aligned to service standards.
• Identify and maximise cross-sell opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.
