Job summary

FNB is seeking a part-time Community Advisor for Randfontein to deliver prompt, customer-centric service and support digital self-service adoption. You will understand customer needs and process requests to ensure a seamless experience.

The role focuses on building relationships, achieving sales targets through cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining accurate reporting. 12-month hourly contract; Grade 12 and 1–3 years in client-facing roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
