FNB is hiring a part-time Community Advisor in Randfontein for a 12-month hourly rate contract. You will provide outstanding service, understand customer needs, and process requests efficiently while promoting digital channels.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12 (NQF4) and 1–3 years in customer-facing roles in financial services; a Level 5 FAIS-related certificate is preferred, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Formación

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are fully understood.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience aligned to Balanced Scorecard service standards.
• Identify and maximise cross-sell opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow portfolio.
• Promote digital and Self‑Service solutions to migrate customers from traditional transactions.
