The role emphasizes service excellence, customer engagement, and operational effectiveness within the FNB POP network. You will drive cross-sell opportunities, support digital channels, and contribute to customer delight while maintaining governance and reporting requirements.

Competenze

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 required.
• Preferred NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.
