Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel operations management, boutique or small property.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and lead diverse teams.
• Experience with guest service, health and safety compliance, and profitability.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and standard Office tools.

This hybrid role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and a delightful guest experience.
